WordPress: your AI team works on your website.

Jules writes your pages, Thomas looks after SEO, Chloé writes your blog posts, Hugo answers your contact forms and Lucas takes the sales enquiries. You follow it all from the dashboard.

What the plugin does.

The ChatStaff plugin links your WordPress site to your team. Your agents read your published pages and posts, with an SEO audit, and the messages your contact forms receive (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Jetpack).

They write pages and posts as drafts: you publish, or replace a page in one click. SEO titles and descriptions are written once you approve them, in Yoast SEO or Rank Math when active, otherwise in the plugin's own fields, printed in the head of your pages. A dashboard widget shows the work of the week and the approvals waiting.

Nothing goes out without your approval.

The WordPress plugin is being prepared; it is not published on WordPress.org today. The steps below are the ones from its listing.

The agents involved.

Five agents work on your website, each on their own part.

  • Jules

    Webmaster

Writes your new pages as drafts and prepares the new version of an existing page. Nothing goes live without you.

  • Thomas

    SEO

Audits the SEO of your pages and rewrites their titles and descriptions, applied once you approve them.

  • Chloé

    Marketing

Writes your blog posts as drafts, and the social posts that go with them.

  • Hugo

    Customer support

Reads the messages from your contact forms and writes the reply. It goes out once you approve it.

  • Lucas

    Sales follow-up

Takes over the sales enquiries from your forms (quotes, prices, meetings) when Hugo hands them over, and writes the reply. It goes out once you approve it.

Inside WordPress.

  • Dashboard widget

The work of the week and the approvals waiting, to give in one click or open in ChatStaff.

  • Contact form messages

Every message goes to Hugo; for a sales enquiry, he offers to hand it to Lucas. Messages stay on your site for 30 days. A message that could not be sent waits in a queue (50 at most, for 7 days) and the plugin retries every hour.

  • Drafts

Pages, posts and new page versions arrive as drafts. You publish, or replace the page in one click.

What you authorise.

When you connect the site, the plugin creates a “ChatStaff” application password for your admin account and sends it to ChatStaff. No password is typed or displayed.

With this access, your agents read your pages, posts and contact form messages. They write drafts and, after your approval, SEO titles and descriptions. They never publish.

Disconnecting or deleting the plugin revokes this password on your site, even if ChatStaff cannot be reached.

For a WordPress.com site or a site connected through Jetpack, you can also connect WordPress from ChatStaff: WordPress.com grants access to the one site you choose.
