WooCommerce: your AI team for your online store.

Nina runs the catalogue, Hugo answers order questions, Chloé prepares the promos, Lucas wins back customers, Adam reviews the sales. Every change waits for your approval.

What the plugin does.

The ChatStaff for WooCommerce plugin links your store to your team. Your agents read your products and orders: orders to watch, low stock, incomplete listings, customers inactive for 90 days, abandoned carts.

They fix a listing or its price, prepare a promo code and write blog posts and follow-ups. Every change applies once you approve it; a promo code stays inactive until you publish it. In the admin, a widget shows the work of the week and the approvals waiting.

Nothing goes out without your approval.

The WooCommerce plugin is being prepared; it is not published on the WooCommerce Marketplace today. The steps below are the ones from its listing.

The agents involved.

Six agents work with your store, each on their own part.

  • Nina

    E-commerce

Flags orders to watch, low stock and incomplete listings, then fixes listings and prices once you approve.

  • Hugo

    Customer support

Finds an order from its number and the customer's email, and writes the tracking reply. It goes out once you approve it.

  • Chloé

    Marketing

Prepares your promo codes as drafts and writes the posts that put your products forward.

  • Thomas

    SEO

Rewrites the search titles and descriptions of your listings, applied once you approve them.

  • Lucas

    Sales follow-up

Spots inactive customers and abandoned carts, and writes the follow-up email. It goes out once you approve it.

  • Adam

    Sales analyst

Reviews your sales every Monday: products on the rise, orders of the week, trends to watch.

Inside the WooCommerce admin.

  • Dashboard widget

The work of the week and the approvals waiting, to give in one click or open in ChatStaff.

  • Direct links

An order or a task opens in ChatStaff in one click, with your usual permissions.

What you authorise.

When you connect the store, the plugin creates a “ChatStaff” WooCommerce REST key (read and write) and sends it to ChatStaff. No key to copy.

Your agents read your products and orders. Listings, prices, SEO, draft promo codes and blog posts are written only after your approval. No order is ever changed.

Disconnecting or deleting the plugin revokes the key on your site, even if ChatStaff cannot be reached.
